This page explains what information this website handles, and how, in plain terms. This site is a simple product catalogue for a local pharmacy — it is intentionally light on data collection, and most of what you'd normally think of as "your order" is actually completed in a private WhatsApp chat with the pharmacist, not stored on this website.
You can browse products, search, and build a cart without creating an account or signing in. Your cart is kept only in your browser's local storage on your own device, so we don't see or store it on any server.
When you tap "Place order on WhatsApp", the site opens a WhatsApp chat pre-filled with your name, phone number, delivery address, chosen items, quantities, and total. That message is sent directly to the pharmacy's WhatsApp number and becomes part of your conversation with them there — it is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not stored by this website itself.
Product photos uploaded by the pharmacy's staff are hosted using imgbb, a third-party image hosting service. Only product photos are uploaded this way — never customer information or prescriptions.
Product listings (name, description, price, stock, and image link) are stored in a Google Sheet used as this pharmacy's product database. This keeps the system simple and lets the pharmacist manage stock directly. Because this sheet is meant only for public product information, please note:
The pharmacy's staff sign in to a separate dashboard to add, edit, and remove products, and to update store settings such as the WhatsApp number and delivery charge. This login is only for pharmacy staff and is not used to track customers.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Local storage is used only to remember your cart between visits on the same device and browser.
Each of these services has its own privacy practices, which apply to the parts of the process they handle.
You can clear your cart at any time from the cart drawer, or by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. You are not required to share any information with this website itself to browse products — only if and when you choose to place an order on WhatsApp.
This site is intended for use by adults ordering medicines for themselves or their households, not for use by children.
