These terms explain how MedNest Pharmacy's website works and what to expect when you browse, order, and receive medicines through it. By using this site, you agree to them.

1. What this website is

This website is a product catalogue for a local pharmacy. It lets you browse medicines and health products, build a cart, and send an order request to the pharmacy directly on WhatsApp. It is not an online pharmacy licence in itself — the sale is completed by the pharmacy, not by this website.

2. Listings and pricing

Product names, descriptions, images, prices, and offers are added and maintained by the pharmacy's staff and may change without notice.
We try to keep stock and pricing accurate, but availability is only confirmed when the pharmacist responds to your order on WhatsApp.
Offer prices, where shown, replace the MRP for that item until the pharmacy updates or removes the offer.

3. Prescription medicines

Some products are marked as requiring a prescription. Adding such an item to your cart does not confirm your eligibility to purchase it. You may be asked to share a valid prescription with the pharmacist over WhatsApp before the order is fulfilled, in line with applicable pharmacy regulations.

4. How an order is placed

Selecting "Place order on WhatsApp" opens a chat with the pharmacy's WhatsApp number, pre-filled with your selected items, quantities, and estimated total.
An order is only confirmed once the pharmacist replies and accepts it — adding items to your cart or opening WhatsApp does not by itself create a binding sale.
The pharmacist may adjust the final total for reasons such as stock changes, substitutions, or delivery distance, and will confirm this with you before dispatch.

5. Payment and cash on delivery

You may be offered the choice of paying online/in advance, or cash on delivery (COD).
Where COD is chosen, an additional cash-on-delivery charge (shown at checkout) applies and is added to your item total.
Payment terms for any given order are finally agreed between you and the pharmacist over WhatsApp.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines, areas served, and any delivery charges are set by the pharmacy and communicated to you during order confirmation on WhatsApp. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, unavailability at the delivery location, or circumstances beyond the pharmacy's control.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Because medicines are health-sensitive products, cancellations and returns are handled case by case by the pharmacist, in line with applicable local pharmacy regulations. Please raise any issue with your order directly on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

8. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address at checkout.
Use medicines only as directed by a qualified physician or as printed on the packaging/label.
Not use this website to place orders on behalf of someone else without their knowledge, or for any unlawful purpose.

9. No medical advice

Content on this site is for identifying and ordering products only, and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist about what medicine is right for you, correct dosage, and interactions with other medication.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the service changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
